BOOKING PROCEDURES

1. Please read the Terms and Conditions and fill out Enquiry Form or Booking Form. The information contained in these (together with the general information contained in our website) form the basis of your contract with "Holidays in Bulgaria". Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

2. In order to confirm your booking you must send us your completed Booking Form and a deposit of 10% of the total trip cost (or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of departure).

3. Once we have received your Booking Form we will, subject to availability, confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice. We will also send you an information package giving further trek and travel information. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

Group Size
Our maximum group size for adventure trips is 10, and our minimum group size is 2.
Airport Meeting Instructions
These will be given to you two weeks before departure. You should advise us well in advance your estimated arrival time and place in Bulgaria in order a "Holidays in Bulgaria" representative to meet you. Please ensure that we have a contact address for you prior to the trip in case there is a change in flight plan or meeting place.
Local Representative/Agent
The name, address and telephone number of the "Holidays in Bulgaria" Representative/Agent will be forwarded with the pre departure information as will the name of the leader and guides.

Instructions

  1. Fill out the form below and in the text box provided write your trip enquiry. You may wish to make this a provisional booking (no charge).

  2. We will try to reply as soon as possible with information about your trip with full itinerary (where applicable)

  3. If you like what we propose, please make a booking by filling the Booking Form and pay 10% deposit or the full amount (whatever is applicable, see our Terms and Conditions).

  4. If you have more questions or want us to amend some aspects of the proposed trip, please Contact us by sending an E-mail with details of the proposed trip and what you would like to be changed. We will try to accommodate all your requirements in full. Once you are happy with our proposal please, make a booking.
